What's your attitude to life? Do you constantly moan about how bad things are? Do you listen to the doom and gloom reported in the media and allow it to affect your attitude? Did you participate in the recession because your friends are telling you how awful things are? If you were made redundant what was your attitude to it? Would you like to improve your attitude?
Here's a short video by Richard Bandler the co-creator of Neuro Linguistic Programming in which he talks about the impact of your attitude.

How to Overcome Anything Toolkit - X Factor
A Message from Noelyne....
How you got the X-Factor? I love this TV programme, don't you? I know it's not everyone's cup of tea however, it's inspirational to me because it brings hope to so many people, even if only for a very short while.... Most people are searching for the one thing that will make the difference to their life, the one thing that will transform their lives. The people queueing patiently to meet the X-Factor panel believe that it's there chance of fame and fortune and to be recognised for their unique talents. They are chasing a dream.
Like for so many of the X-Factor hopefuls it is constantly elusive and life just doesn't measure up on the scales of success.
What is it that you are chasing?
Do you constanly wish you had more? Perhaps you look at the neighbours or friends and wish you had what they seem to have?
Instead of focusing on the parts that are missing or the negatives do a mind flip and look at everything that you've already got that's good. Friends, family, partner, books, music, a place of your own. Make sure you give enough time to these.
In the little book 'The Science of Getting Rich' Wallace Wattles talks of 'not wasting time trying to figure out some strange, unusual or remarkable action to perform as the first step toward getting rich. Just do what you normally do but with a new attitude, point of view, mindset'
I qualifed as an NLP Master Practitioner a few years ago and this transformed my life through showing me how to change my mindset and have a new attitude and view of the world. In my training and workshops I use the tools and techniques of NLP to help transform other peple's lives too. My new Membership site is packed full of hints and tips on getting the most out of life.

How to overcome your fear and anxiety
The next of the emotions that can keep us stuck is Fear, Low level concern, Anxiety, Worry. I'm not talking about panic attacks, high level fears and phobias. These fears are much more deep rooted and often as a result of some trauma earlier in your life. I deal with using Neuro Linguistic Programming techniques. The fear and anxiety I am referring to in this post are those daily worries, niggles or sixth sense telling you that all is not quite right for you. They can keep you stuck if you allow them to and can grow out of all proportion if you don't act to resolve the feelings. Luckily these fears, low level concerns and anxiety can be turned into a positive resource and can be easily overcome. These fears, concerns, worries are telling you that something is going to happen soon that you need to prepare for.
The solution
• Review what you are feeling fearful about and evaluate what you must do to prepare yourself.
• Figure out what actions you need to take to deal with the situation in the best possible way.
Remember to use your negative emotions and turn them into positives. They are your body's way of alerting you to something you need to do. Don't let the negatives stop you from moving forward. You can overcome them.
